BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (AP) — Indiana University police say an individual with a knife is believed to be at large on the Bloomington campus, one person has been taken to a hospital with stab wounds and those on campus should seek safe shelter.
Police Capt. Laury Flint told The Associated Press by phone early Sunday that university officers were seeking the individual after police were called to an on-campus apartment complex about 3:30 a.m. and found a male victim with stab wounds. She said the wounded person was taken to a hospital but she could release no further details.
She says police are searching for possible suspects. She adds all on campus should shelter in the nearest room, lock doors and remain inside until police or a campus administrator gives the all clear.
