WASHINGTON (AP) — The Navy says at least one person has been injured in a shooting this morning at a building at the Washington Navy Yard in the nation's capital.
A defense official says there were at least several people injured.
People inside the building were told to shelter in place, as police and federal agents from multiple law enforcement agencies responded to the scene. Streets in the area were closed.
