AKRON, Ohio (AP) — An autopsy is scheduled for Saturday in a deadly Summit County crash that took the life of an Ohio man.
The county Medical Examiner's Office and New Franklin police say they are investigating the cause of the Friday accident in which 20-year-old Aaron R. Friend, of Clinton, Ohio, was killed.
Authorities say a passerby traveling on Cleveland-Massillon Road in Clinton noticed the severely damaged vehicle resting on its top alongside the roadway and reported it to police at about 7:20 a.m.
Friend was discovered inside the vehicle and pronounced dead about 25 minutes later.
