SANTA FE, N.M. (AP) — The Senate has unanimously confirmed Republican Gov. Susana Martinez's most recent appointees to cabinet-level jobs in her administration.

Retta Ward was confirmed Monday as secretary of the Department of Health and Gino Rinaldi was approved as secretary of the Aging and Long-Term Services Department.

Ward and Rinaldi were appointed earlier this year.

Ward replaced Catherine Torres, who resigned last year, and previously had been secretary of the Aging and Long-Term Services.

Rinaldi took over for Ward as secretary of Aging and Long-term Services. He has been the agency's deputy secretary since October 2011.

Public Education Secretary Hanna Skandera is the only cabinet secretary awaiting Senate confirmation. It's uncertain whether a vote will happen this session although a committee is considering her nomination.

Skandera has held her post for two years.
