BULLHEAD CITY, Ariz. (AP) — Authorities have arrested an Arizona couple with legal medical marijuana cards for selling baked goods cooked with marijuana oils.

KPHO-TV report (http://bit.ly/USBekU) that 45-year-old Todd Timothy Leavitt and his 36-year-old girlfriend, Erin Marie McHarg, were arrested this week by the Mohave Area General Narcotic Enforcement Team.

Authorities say the pair's business operations were discovered Thursday after detectives went to their Bullhead City home and agents found them selling marijuana, drug paraphernalia and pot-laced baked goods such as brownies, muffins, cookies and lollipops.

Bullhead City police say the couple had a customer counter with a business hours sign, menu and prices.

Police say the couple had medical marijuana cards but were only permitted to have 2.5 ounces of marijuana each.

It was unclear if either had attorneys.
