ELYRIA, Ohio (AP) — Police in a city outside Cleveland say a 33-year-old mother is facing charges after officers found her 3-year-old son wandering in a street.

They say it's third time that's happened since October.

Police in Elyria (eh-LEER'-ee-uh) say the boy's mother is charged with child endangering.

Officers say they recognized the boy because of similar incidents.

The last time they found him they say he left the house while his mother was sleeping.
