CHICAGO (AP) — A company that operates health care centers aimed at Medicare recipients plans to open two clinics on Chicago's South Side and another three in suburban Chicago by July.
Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel's office announced the news Friday along with JenCare, a subsidiary of Miami-based ChenMed. The company focuses on intensive preventive care and treatment for senior citizens on Medicare.
The mayor's office says JenCare's two Chicago facilities will create 70 jobs.
The Chicago facilities will be at 2231 E. 95th St. and at 2734 W. 87th St.
Possible suburban locations are Oak Lawn, Berwyn, and Elmwood Park.
