FAIRBORN, Ohio (AP) — Four suspects in a home invasion in southwest Ohio have been indicted on murder charges after one of the victims fatally shot a fifth suspect.

Multiple media outlets reported Monday that the Greene County grand jury indicted the four surviving suspects on charges of aggravated burglary, aggravated robbery, murder and involuntary manslaughter.

Authorities say the five suspects allegedly forced their way into the Fairborn home on Jan. 28 to try to rob the residents. One of the victims struggled with the fifth suspect and fatally shot the 19-year-old man in the chest. Another suspect was reportedly shot in the leg, but was treated and later released for his injuries.

The residents were not indicted.
