BRANDON TOWNSHIP, Mich. (AP) — Authorities say they are investigating the separate deaths of two elderly Oakland County residents who suffered from dementia and were found outside.

The Detroit Free Press reports (http://on.freep.com/WFtjUk ) Friday that autopsies are being performed on an 83-year-old woman found in Brandon Township and a 75-year-old man in Farmington Hills.

Officials say the woman wandered away from her home and her body was found outside of a neighbor's house. The man was discovered about 150 yards away from his home.
