HURON, S.D. (AP) — A Huron hospital is restricting visitors because of widespread respiratory flu cases around South Dakota and specific instances of stomach flu around the city.

Huron Regional Medical Center officials tell KOKK radio that people wishing to visit patients must be over 12 years old, be in good health and fee of respiratory and stomach flu symptoms.

Officials are encouraging well-wishers to call patients, sent flowers or send an e-card from the hospital website at www.huronregional.com .
