AKRON, Ohio (AP) — Authorities in northeast Ohio say they have charged a 29-year-old woman with contributing to the deaths of two men who took fatal heroin overdoses nearly three years apart.

The Summit County Sheriff's Office said Thursday that Danielle Hoover was involved when Richard Davis took a fatal heroin overdose in September 2009 in Coventry Township. She also was involved, according to the sheriff's office, when Roland Harmon died from an overdose in a motel room in the city of Green in December of last year.

Harmon was arrested and charged with two counts each of involuntary manslaughter and corrupting another with drugs, and a single count of tampering with evidence.

She was in jail Thursday with no bond. Jail records did not indicate if she had an attorney.
