KEENE, N.H. (AP) — A suspended New Hampshire doctor has been arrested on a charge of witness tampering accusing him of urinating on the door of a dentist who testified against him during a Board of Medicine hearing.

Dr. Donald A. Holshuh was arrested on Wednesday.

Keene police say a surveillance camera showed Holshuh, a dermatologist, urinating on the employee door of Dr. Mark Wirant's office in August.

Police tell WMUR-TV that Holshuh was retaliating against Wirant for testifying against him.

It's unclear if Holshuh is being represented by a lawyer.
