COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — A sorority at Ohio State University is being suspended over hazing.

University officials aren't releasing details about what happened. But they did tell WBNS-TV in Columbus (http://bit.ly/WmZ70H ) that the suspension centers on hazing.

The university says the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority has been suspended until at least fall 2016.

The sorority does not have a house on the Ohio State campus. It can petition for reinstatement in 2016.

The National Delta Sigma Theta Sorority said in a statement that it conducted its own investigation and has cooperated with Ohio State officials.

The organization says it has taken disciplinary action against the chapter and individuals involved.
