ROCHESTER, N.Y. (AP) — A top hospital in Rochester is restricting visits to some of its units because of the flu outbreak.

The Democrat and Chronicle of Rochester (http://on.rocne.ws/URnGn6 ) reports that Strong Memorial Hospital will restrict visitors to the maternity unit, the neonatal intensive care unit and all units in Golisano's Children's Hospital.

Families will be asked to designate only two visitors for the duration of the patient's stay. Visitors must be at least 14 years old.

Rochester is in Monroe County, which reported this week that eight people over the age of 50 have died of flu-related illness since October.
