DOVER, Del. (AP) — Health officials say flu activity is increasing in Delaware.

The Division of Public Health said Thursday that there have been 441 confirmed cases of the flu in the state, including 85 influenza hospitalizations.

Officials say 40 percent of the hospitalizations are among people age 65 and older.

No deaths from the flu have been reported.

Authorities are urging any residents older than 6 months who have not been vaccinated against the flu to get shots as soon as possible.
