CINCINNATI (AP) — A 58-year-old man has been jailed without bond after he allegedly made a threatening phone call to a downtown Cincinnati school.

Bruce Alexander was in Hamilton County Jail on Saturday on a charge of aggravated menacing. Police arrested him Friday. They say he threatened to hurt students in a call to CSR Academy, a K-8 charter school.

He is due in court Dec. 27. His attorney didn't immediately return a telephone call for comment.
