DETROIT (AP) — The Detroit Lions and Atlanta Falcons honored the victims of the shootings at Sandy Hook Elementary School with decals on their helmets Saturday night.

The decals on the back of the helmets read "S.H.E.S." in white on a black background. The Lions' coaches wore pins with a similar design.

Twenty children and six adults were killed in the Dec. 14 shooting in Newtown, Conn. Adam Lanza killed his mother, attacked the school, then killed himself.
