Ohio man gets 15 years in 2 traffic deaths

CLEVELAND (AP) — A man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for driving his car into an outdoor street festival in Cleveland, killing two people and injuring three others.

Judge Brian Corrigan sentenced 35-year-old Timothy Spock of Lakewood on Wednesday following Spock's guilty plea to four charges, including two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide.

The incident happened July 29 during the AIDS Taskforce of Greater Cleveland's annual "Dancin' in the Streets" festival. The event raises money for HIV and AIDS awareness.

The two killed were 27-year-old Mitchell Andelmo of Avon Lake and 44-year-old Basil Bass of Cleveland.
