CLEVELAND (AP) — Police and the medical examiner in Cleveland are ready to update the investigation of a 3-year-old boy's homicide and why his mother is a suspect.

Police have tentatively identified the body of Emilliano Terry, but the medical examiner said DNA tests were required for a positive ID. No results were released after Tuesday's autopsy.

The boy's mother, 20-year-old Camilia Terry, was arrested Monday after his body was found in trash bags at a waste processing site. She initially had reported him missing from a park the day before.

Investigators said the mother's story changed, leading them to suspect that she was involved in his death.

County officials say the woman had her first of three children at age 14.
