REPUBLIC, Ohio (AP) — Two people are dead and three are missing in a house fire in rural northwest Ohio.
Firefighters in Seneca County are searching for the three who may have been in the house.
Several media outlets report that the fire broke out overnight Tuesday near the village of Republic. That's about 50 miles southeast of Toledo.
A fire department spokesman says a truck driver spotted smoke coming from the house and called 911.
