Cleveland councilman charged with DUI, speeding

CLEVELAND (AP) — A Cleveland city councilman has been charged with driving under the influence and speeding.

City police say Councilman Eugene Miller was arrested about 1 a.m. Sunday in the area of Ohio 2 along the city's lakefront.

He was booked into the city jail to await a court hearing Monday.

Miller, a former state representative, could not be reached for comment. A message seeking comment was left at his office Monday.
