CINCINNATI (AP) — One suspect in a police-involved shooting in Cincinnati that left another suspect dead has been charged with drug trafficking.

A court official says 23-year-old Robert Matthews, of Cincinnati, was arraigned Friday in Hamilton County Municipal Court in Cincinnati on four drug trafficking counts with bond set at $100,000.

Matthews was shot in the arm Wednesday in gunfire that erupted after police say a car he was in backed into an unmarked police car while fleeing police after an undercover drug buy.

Police have said three suspects were in the car. One was fatally shot in the gunfire. Authorities are still searching for the third.

Police have not released the names of the man who was killed. No officers were injured.

Matthews' attorney did not immediately return a call Friday.
