AKRON, Ohio (AP) — A judge is ready to sentence a fourth defendant in a failed bridge bombing plot in northeast Ohio.

Defendant Anthony Hayne, of Cleveland, previously pleaded guilty in a quick plea deal seeking leniency.

Federal Judge David Dowd in Akron scheduled sentencing for Wednesday morning for the 35-year-old Hayne.

Hayne's attorney asked for a delay to study Tuesday's sentences for three co-defendants, but the judge said no. The three received prison terms of eight to 11 years.

A fifth co-defendant is undergoing a psychiatric exam at a federal prison outside Boston.
