COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — Prosecutors say no criminal charges will be filed against two central Ohio elementary school principals and a teacher who didn't report possible sexual misconduct at the school.
The Columbus Dispatch (http://bit.ly/UD0fuA ) reports that the principals and teacher at the elementary school in Morrow County, north of Columbus, were not charged because they were confused about whether they had to make a report because a child was the one making inappropriate sexual advances.
The principals had been on paid administrative leave since Oct. 19 when the county sheriff's department learned that the two had not reported possible sexual misconduct against students at the school. A teacher also had been investigated.
No one was injured, and the county social services agency was notified.
