GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — Health officials have linked an outbreak of tuberculosis in Grand Forks to homeless visitors who exposed a family who gave them shelter.

Officials have identified eight cases of the potentially fatal lung infection, in six adults and two children. Public Health Director Don Shields tells the Grand Forks Herald (http://bit.ly/ZB37NA ) that three of the eight have been hospitalized.
