ATLANTA (AP) — Authorities say an Atlanta police helicopter has crashed in the city.
Police spokesman Carlos Campos said the helicopter went down about 10:30 p.m. Saturday in northwest Atlanta and that police had gone to the crash site. It was not clear whether anyone onboard had survived and he had no immediate update on any deaths or injuries.
Local television news stations showed police and emergency vehicles at the scene, which was cordoned off after the crash.
