WOODBURY, N.J. (AP) — The teenage brothers accused of killing a 12-year-old girl in southern New Jersey last week are due in court for the first time.

Neighbors and relatives have identified the teens as 17-year-old Dante Robinson and his 15-year-old brother, Justin Robinson.

They're accused of murdering 12-year-old Autumn Pasquale after the younger boy allegedly lured her to their home in Clayton to trade BMX bike parts.

The boys are charged as juveniles, but prosecutors say they may seek to have the case handled in adult court.

Friday's hearing is to determine whether they should remain in a juvenile detention facility.
