WARREN, Mich. (AP) — Michigan authorities say a 41-year-old woman removed from the filthy, bug-infested apartment she shared with her husband and four children died of morbid obesity and injuries.

The Macomb Daily of Mount Clemens says Dr. L.J. Dragovic of the Oakland County medical examiner's office released the results Tuesday. The Warren woman's name hasn't been publically released.

Authorities say the woman weighed 360 pounds when she died at a hospital. Earlier estimates were that she weighed 500 pounds.

Prosecutors are expected to review the case.

Warren Police Commissioner Jere Green tells the Detroit Free Press that the woman "should have been getting care that she did not get."

Investigators say the woman had bedsores and was found in her own waste.
