DAYTON, Ohio (AP) — An Ohio man accused of raping a boy who authorities say was brought to his home by the boy's adoptive father is now facing child pornography charges.

The Montgomery County prosecutor said Monday that 32-year-old Patrick Rieder (REE'-dur) has been indicted on charges that include 49 counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor.

Prosecutor Mat Heck Jr. says the charges come after a search warrant was executed at Rieder's home, and child pornography was discovered on his computers and other electronic equipment.

Rieder also faces four counts of rape of a child under 13.

The prosecutor says the adoptive father brought the boy to Rieder's Dayton home and both men engaged in sexual conduct with him.

A message was left after business hours with Rieder's attorney.
