CINCINNATI (AP) — A southwest Ohio man is jailed on a charge that he killed his older brother with a vehicle.

Cincinnati police say they arrested 46-year-old Kelvin Lavizzo late Saturday after responding to a call of an assault in a parking lot. They found an injured Theodore Lavizzo. The 57-year-old man died at a hospital.

Authorities say the younger man said he was backing up his pickup truck and didn't realize he had struck his brother. Police arrested him on a murder charge. He remained jailed Sunday, pending a court appearance. No attorney information was listed for him.
