KINGMAN, Ariz. (AP) — Authorities say a tour bus crashed in northwest Arizona and the driver is dead and at least four passengers are seriously hurt.

The Arizona Highway Patrol says about 45 other passengers on the bus were injured, but not all of them are requiring hospital treatment.

The four to five seriously injured were flown to hospitals.

The patrol says the crash occurred shortly before 8 p.m. PDT Friday on Highway 93 near the Nevada state line, about 40 miles southeast of Las Vegas.

The bus was northbound when it went off the road. No other vehicles were involved.

The patrol says officers believe the driver had some sort of medical condition that contributed to the crash.
