SHAKER HEIGHTS, Ohio (AP) — A suburban Cleveland prosecutor says charges have been filed against a bus driver and a woman whose confrontation last month was videotaped.

A video posted on YouTube shows Shi Dea Lane of Cleveland and RTA driver Artis Hughes arguing before the driver got out of his seat and punched her.

Beachwood Prosecutor Tom Greve tells the Plain Dealer Thursday (http://bit.ly/PcJn22 ) that a charge of disorderly conduct was filed against Lane and a charge of assault was filed against Hughes.

The cases are in Shaker Heights Municipal Court, while the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority says the confrontation occurred Sept. 18 in nearby Beachwood.

The RTA says Hughes is suspended without pay pending an internal investigation. Lane's attorney did not immediately return a call Thursday.
