LAKE TOWNSHIP, Ohio (AP) — Police say they've shot and killed the gunman who shot five people including a child during a domestic dispute at a northwest Ohio apartment complex.
Lake Township police say shots rang out at the Eastpointe on the Mall complex near Toledo at about 9:30 p.m. Tuesday.
When officers arrived, they say the gunman opened fire on them outside a building at the nearby Laketon Terrace apartment complex. Police say they returned fire, killing the suspect.
Investigators believe the shootings started as a domestic dispute.
