WILLISTON, Ohio (AP) — The State Highway Patrol says an 81-year-old woman was home but wasn't hurt when a dump truck hauling a three-axle trailer went off a road and plowed into her house in northwest Ohio.

Troopers say the truck was hauling a small tractor on a trailer when it drove off the side of a state highway shortly before noon Monday near Williston, a few miles east of Toledo. Authorities say the whole truck entered the home, causing extensive damage.

The 59-year-old man driving the truck was taken to a hospital with minor injuries.

It wasn't clear why the truck left the roadway, and there was no immediate word on any charges. The crash remains under investigation.
