COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — Gas prices have inched up just slightly this week in Ohio

The average price for a gallon of regular gas in the state was $3.76 in Monday's survey from auto club AAA, the Oil Price Information Service and Wright Express. That's 4 cents higher than a week ago.

Prices at the pump have remained relatively steady the past few weeks after several factors had pushed them nearer to the $4 mark in mid-September.

A month ago, the average price was 3.78. This time last year, the Ohio average was $3.26.

The national average Monday was $3.82, up 4 cents from a week ago.
