CHULA VISTA, Calif. (AP) — Firefighters say a woman trying to escape a garage fire at a Chula Vista condo complex broke her leg.
Dozens of residents had to leave their homes iMonday when the garage burned.
Neighbors told the KNSD-TV they heard what sounded like explosions just before 5 a.m.
Firefighters put out the fire in the garage. No other victims were found.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
