BELLAIRE, Ohio (AP) — Authorities say two men have been arrested in the June slaying of a 92-year-old woman in eastern Ohio.
WTOV-TV (http://bit.ly/WkNSXr ) reports that 19-year-old Devin Fuller was arrested just across the Ohio border in West Virginia Wednesday. A second suspect, 22-year-old Brandon Michael Phelps, was already in jail in eastern Ohio on unrelated charges.
The two are charged with aggravated murder in the slaying of 92-year-old Lydia Ashworth, who police say was killed during a burglary of her home.
Bellaire Police Chief Mike Kovalyk said prosecutors will take the case to a grand jury next month.
