MT. VERNON, Ohio (AP) — Authorities say a young mother and her infant son have been killed in a two-car crash in central Ohio.
WCMH-TV reports that 27-year-old Ruby Dillon and her 7-month-old son were killed in the Sunday afternoon crash in Knox County northeast of Columbus. Dillon's 2-year-old son was also in the car. He was taken to a Columbus hospital and is expected to survive.
Troopers say Dillon's car went off the side of the road, then went sideways into an oncoming car. The driver of the other car, a 64-year-old man, also is expected to be OK.
