CINCINNATI (AP) — Police have charged a 31-year-old man with the killing of a Cincinnati man.
Homicide investigators on Sunday arrested and charged David Walker in the death of 31-year-old Larry Watkins.
Police called to a shooting on East Knoll Drive at around 3 p.m. Saturday found Watkins suffering from gunshot wounds. He was taken to University Hospital where he later died.
