LAWTON, Okla. (AP) — A state agency has revoked the medical license for a Lawton doctor after allegations of sexual misconduct toward his patients.

The Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision voted Thursday to revoke the license for Dr. Gregory Keith Morton III. The Oklahoman reports (http://is.gd/32ekdg ) that Morton practiced obstetrics and gynecology until about 2004, when he switched to general practice.

Records show that 11 complaints were made against Morton for inappropriate sexual touching and sexual misconduct. Morton's attorney Nick Slaymaker says his client has undergone treatment and has a professional mentor to help him stay on track. Slaymaker said Morton would undergo polygraph tests if the board allowed him to continue practicing medicine.

The board considered the case for about 2 hours Thursday before voting 6-2 to revoke Morton's license.
