CHARDON, Ohio (AP) — Police say a 15-year-old boy was charged with delinquency for allegedly threatening a shooting in the same northeastern Ohio community where a high school student killed three classmates in February.

The (Willoughby) News-Herald (http://bit.ly/OH5sRp ) reports that the student allegedly made the threats at a bus stop Wednesday in Chardon. Other students then told school officials, who alerted police.

Chardon Police Chief Timothy McKenna said the boy was sent to a juvenile detention center, partly because of his past involvement with the law.

A 17-year-old boy is charged with fatally shooting three classmates and wounding three others in the Chardon High School cafeteria Feb. 27.
