DALLAS (AP) — Former first lady Laura Bush has announced the authors set to attend the Texas Book Festival and the lineup will include Jewel, Junot Diaz and Tim O'Brien.

Bush also unveiled the festival poster Wednesday. It's designed by Texas artist Margie Crisp and features cliff swallows flying over the Colorado River.

Crisp is the author of "River of Contrasts: The Texas Colorado." She'll participate in the festival set for Oct. 27-28 at the Texas Capitol.

Bush founded the festival when she was first lady of Texas. She made Wednesday's announcement in the backyard of her Dallas home.

More than 40,000 people are expected to attend the free event that includes author readings and presentations, panel discussions and book signings.
