NEWTON FALLS, Ohio (AP) — An Ohio police chief says a man who killed four people and then himself in July acted alone — although a second man had been questioned about his involvement.
Newton Falls Police Chief John Kuivila said Robert Brazzon was the only one responsible for the four slayings in the northeastern Ohio village July 6. He killed himself in a cemetery after authorities surrounded him.
Kuivila said there was information that a second person was in the car with Brazzon when he left the neighborhood after the slayings. But the chief tells The (Youngstown) Vindicator (http://bit.ly/NY209r ) that video evidence shows the 55-year-old Brazzon was alone in the car.
He said police have cleared a second man they took into custody that day and questioned about his involvement.
