COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — Two brothers have been sentenced to prison in a fatal shooting in central Ohio more than two years ago.

Shivell Milton stood beside his brother Anthony Milton in a Columbus courtroom Monday. A judge sentenced the 20-year-old Milton to 23 years in prison, and the 19-year-old Milton to 18 years behind bars.

The Columbus Dispatch (http://bit.ly/OD55Hq) reports that both pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter and aggravated robbery in the slaying of 23-year-old Harold Dean Jr., who was shot during a robbery on May 3, 2010.

Prosecutors said the brothers lured Dean to a vacant apartment by promising to sell him a 52-inch flat-screen TV. Instead, they tried to rob him, and Milton shot him in the back as he fled.
