Authorities probe whether NYC dogs were poisoned

Tuesday September 11, 2012 6:00 AM

NEW YORK (AP) — The ASPCA is investigating whether four dogs that died after being walked in the same New York City park may have been poisoned.

All four animals foamed at the mouth, had seizures and lapsed into comas.

All the dogs were walked in Riverside Park in Manhattan.

They all were believed to be healthy and developed the symptoms in July.
