DECATUR, Ga. (AP) — The widow of a businessman gunned down outside a suburban Atlanta preschool is now accused of helping orchestrate his death by conspiring with the gunman.

Andrea Sneiderman was charged Thursday with malice murder, attempted murder, racketeering and other charges in the November 2010 slaying of her husband, Rusty. He was shot to death right after dropping off their child at preschool.

Her boss, Hemy Neuman, was convicted four months ago in the killing and sentenced to life in prison. That trial largely centered on whether Neuman and Andrea Sneiderman were having an affair.

Thursday's indictment alleges she gave Neuman her husband's schedule so Neuman could kill him.

Sneiderman is in custody. Her attorney was expected to speak with reporters soon.
