Deputies Search For Man Who Robbed West Columbus Bar

Franklin County Sheriff's Deputies are searching for the person who robbed a bar in west Columbus.

Deputies say they received a report of a robbery at Rosie's Tavern on North Eureka Avenue around 10:30 a.m. Tuesday.

When deputies arrived at the scene, the employee told them the suspect had forced her to open the cash register.

He got away with more than $1,000.

The employee says the suspect is a white man with a tattoo of a cross by his left eye. He was wearing a black hoodie and dark pants at the time of the robbery.
