A teacher in Iowa has lost more than 60 pounds by eating fast food from McDonald's for a year!
John Cisna challenged his biology students to design a plan that restricted his intake to 2,000 calories a day.
Big Mac's and milkshakes were included in the diet.
During the first three months, Cisna walked 45 minutes every day. He changed his workout plans as he lost weight.
His cholesterol has gone down by 79 points, and his blood pressure is 121 over 78.
Cisna said he wanted to show that *where* you choose to eat isn't as important as watching *how much* you eat.
A production company in California is making a documentary about his journey. It is scheduled to premiere in September.
