Crime of the Week: Police Seek Information On Man Who Used Multiple Stolen Credit Cards

During the third week of May, an unidentified suspect used stolen credit cards to make numerous fraudulent charges.

According to police, the suspect used what is likely a cloned credit card at a Walgreens in Grandview, using information stolen from a Bexley resident.  The suspect purchased prepaid credit or gift cards, as well as personal items. Once the purchase cleared, the suspect went back to the same store a second time

The suspect also used a stolen credit card from a Gahanna resident to make $7,000 in purchases at Target and Saks stores in Polaris

The suspect is described as a black male in his twenties.  He wore a distinctive t-shirt from Affliction Clothing during the fraudulent purchases.  He also has tattoos on both forearms.  The suspect drives a white, 2002-2007 Buick Rendezvous.
