An after hours club where a man was shot to death appears to be for sale but the victim's family hopes it gets demolished.
There's a for sale sign over the front door of the Fulton Street Club.
Marcus Vancleaf's picture hangs on the back door and candles burn on the steps in his honor.
His family is lobbying Columbus City Council to shut the club down.
Vancleaf's uncle, Victor Peoples, says his nephew was the fifth murder victim at the bar.
While the club is for sale now, Peoples says he's being told by the city attorney they're trying to tear it down.
"He said it will be a process, it doesn't happen overnight, but I'm just happy that our cries, our sentiments, those that have gone as a result of this establishment, hasn't gone on deaf ears," said Peoples.
Peoples says he has called and complained about the bar in the past, and won't stop until he gets it torn down.
Police have not arrested anyone in his nephew's death.
